MP Ramesh can be taken into CBCID Custody - Judge Orders!

Ramesh, a Cuddalore mp, was brought before the Cuddalore Chief criminal court today in connection with a murder case (Sep. 13). Judge prabhakar ordered that he be taken into custody for a day and interrogated by the CBCID police. DRV Ramesh, a Cuddalore mp, owns a cashew factory in Panikkankuppam, near Panruti. Govindarasu (55) of Melamampattu village worked at this plant as a labourer. Govindarasu unexpectedly died on the 19th of last month in this situation. police in Gadambuliyur have opened a case of unexplained death and are investigating.


In this scenario, the tamil Nadu government has directed that the case be sent to the CBCID. The CBCID police then carried out investigations in a number of locations, including Panikkankuppam. The autopsy results of Govindarasu, who was in the Mundiyambakkam government Medical college Hospital in Villupuram district at the time, was turned over to the CBCID police in this situation. Govindarasu was said to have been beaten to death. Following this, MP. CBCID police filed a murder charge against six people, including Ramesh, on the 8th.


In light of these conditions, he was brought before the Cuddalore Chief criminal court this morning (October 13) under strong police protection. In this case, the CBCID officers arrested him and urged the court to open an investigation. Judge prabhakar, who granted the petition, ordered that he be taken into custody and interrogated by the CBCID police within one day. Following this, the CBCID cops detained the mp and took him away under strong police protection.
