Stalin Moves Bill demanding Permanent Exemption from NEET

As the minority All indian Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) organized a departure, tamil Nadu chief minister MK stalin signed a senate bill in the legislature on monday requesting a perpetual waiver for the province from the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). “I delivered the petition opposing NEET today. This decision was also taken forth by you (AIADMK). According to news agency ANI, stalin remarked in the parliament as he presented the legislation, "I encourage political opponents to lend their backing to this proposal."


Edappadi K Palaniswami, the party leader, claimed that parents and teachers were unsure if the NEET examination will be conducted in tamil Nadu and that they had been not given the chance to address the death of a medical candidate in the legislature. “The DMK administration has taken no strong stance on NEET,” Palaniswami stated, according to news agency ANI, holding the government to account for the death of the 19-year-old student. “Teenagers did not prepare well with the examination because the DMK-led government announced that NEET will be phased out. We've decided to stage a protest walkout. The former tamil Nadu chief minister stated, "We will endorse the NEET decision."
