'Missing in Action' NOW 'Mission in Action': KCR
Hyderabad: It seems that the public attitude of telangana chief minister K. chandrasekhar Rao has taken a turn. A lot seems to have changed for the cm in recent months, from 'missing in action' to getting back in the middle of things. kcr now has lunch with common people as somebody who has data-faced criticism that he is hardly seen in public.
He was also haunted by allegations of not being open to his own ministers. For the first time since he took over as cm in 2014, he held an 'all-party meeting in June. kcr has also publicly initiated schemes for social development, visits constituencies and, in general, just to make its presence felt at public events. According to analysts, this turn was only his 'prep' for elections to the 2023 national assembly because of the fear of increasing disagreement and now visible opposition.
On his heels
Leader Bandaru srinivas Rao said there is a reason to step out of KCR. There is no reason to stop. "If kcr is up, there's a reason behind it, and it's the 2023 elections that time. He sets a task for himself – be it the agitation in telangana or the elections, and in any way he will," he told the media. "He also did something like this in 2018, before the state elections were held."A major change is only because of Rajender, the dismissed minister. After allegations of land interference Rajender, who was once a close aid to the kcr, was dismissed from his ministry, but insiders point to an impact of leadership between the two. After leaving the trs the minister in KCR's office was alleged to be worse than a 'slave.'
Then the dismissed leader joined the bjp and is now fighting the ruling party. Rajender is a backward class leader, along with bjp head of state Bandi Sanjay. Another strong community in the bjp is mp Arvind Dharmapuri. This has caused fears that the voting bank in the state, which is around 23 per cent, could split up.
