IRCTC Booking started from May 11
As per report irctc has annonces that it will gradually resume the services across routes from May 12 with 15 pairs of train. You can book your train tickets from irctc website and from the mobile app only. Booking of tickets through ‘agents’ will not be allowed. Bookings for these special trains will start on May 11 from 4 pm and will be available on the irctc website (www.irctc.co.in).
Only passanger with confirmed ticket is allowed to enter the railway stationPantry services is not available on trains. Manintaing social distance and wearing face mask is mandatory. Only asymptomatic passengers would be allowed to travel, after screening at departure. All passengers will undergo thermal screening for the detection of covid-19, before boarding the train.There is no provision of tatkal or premium tatkal tickets. These trains will not have general bogies. Ticket booking counters at the railway stations shall remain.
Furthermore on Cancellation No refund will be granted on cancellation of confirmed tatkal tickets. For contingent cancellation and waitlisted tatkal ticket cancellations, charges will be deducted as per existing railway rules.Bookings for these special trains will start on May 11 from 4 pm and will be available on the irctc website (www.irctc.co.in).
