Vivek Oberoi Breaks Silence On Injury Rumours ..?

Actor vivek oberoi has finally addressed long-standing rumours linking his reduced bollywood presence to a serious on-set injury.


For years, speculation suggested that an accident during the filming of yuva forced him to step away from physically demanding roles.


Vivek has now firmly denied these claims, stating that the injury never ended or slowed his acting career.


Clarifying The yuva On-Set Accident


Vivek revealed that the accident occurred in 2004 while shooting for Yuva.


He acknowledged that the incident was severe, but stressed it was never career-ending


According to the actor, narratives suggesting the injury pushed him out of bollywood are inaccurate and misleading.


“The accident Was Serious,” Says Vivek


Vivek shared that he suffered multiple fractures during the mishap.


He underwent surgery, during which an 18-inch titanium rod was inserted into his leg.


The recovery process was physically and mentally demanding.


Despite the seriousness, vivek said he regained full mobility within three months.


Credits Swift Recovery to the Medical Team


The actor credited Dr ali Irani, former physiotherapist of the indian Cricket Team.


Dr Irani was also the Head of Physiotherapy at nanavati Hospital at the time.


Vivek said consistent physiotherapy and expert medical care helped him recover quickly.


He expressed deep gratitude for being able to dance and perform action sequences soon after surgery.


Injury Was Just A “Blip” In His Career


Vivek described the accident as a minor setback in an otherwise fulfilling career.


He pointed out that he continued to take on physically demanding roles after recovery.


Films completed post-accident include Omkara, Shootout at Lokhandwala, Mission Istanbul, Prince, and Krrish 3


He said the injury never compromised his passion or performance.


Vivek Oberoi’s Recent And Upcoming Projects


Vivek was last seen in Mastii 4, directed by Milap Zaveri.


The film starred riteish deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani, but underperformed at the box office.


He will next appear in Spirit, directed by Sandeep reddy Vanga.


The film stars Prabhas, Triptii Dimri, and Prakash Raj, with its first look released on january 1
