Bollywood superstar hrithik roshan shared his thoughts on Dhurandhar, the action-espionage thriller starring ranveer singh and Akshaye Khanna.

The film has been widely acclaimed within the industry, with Hrithik joining other celebrities in praising it.

On instagram Stories, Hrithik reposted the film’s poster and wrote about the narrative’s impact on him.

He said, “I love cinema, I love people who climb into a vortex and let the story take control… DHURANDHAR is an example of that. Loved the storytelling. It's a cinema.”

Acknowledging Political Differences

Despite his admiration for the craft, Hrithik clarified that he does not data-align with all aspects of the film’s messaging.

He wrote, “I may disagree with the politics of it, and argue about the responsibilities we filmmakers should bear as citizens of the world. Nevertheless, can't ignore how loved and learnt from this one as a student of cinema. Amazing.”

His balanced view highlights both appreciation for cinematic craft and critical engagement with a film’s socio-political messaging.

Director siddharth anand described Dhurandhar as a “nasha” that “stays with you for long.”
