Actor farhan akhtar congratulated his daughter Shakya Akhtar on her birthday. On Friday, Farhan posted a picture of himself and Shakya on Instagram, in which they are seen eating together. Farhan also wrote a post for his daughter.

In the picture, Shakya and Farhan are leaning towards each other and holding chopsticks. Farhan wore casual clothes for his outing. Shakya wore a black top and blue skirt. Sharing the picture, Farhan wrote 'I love you eight days a week, Shakya. Happy birthday. I am so proud of the person you will become when you grow up.


Commenting on the post, actress priyanka said, 'Wow, happy birthday Shakya.' Farhan Akhtar's sister zoya akhtar said 'Happy birthday, baby.' farah khan commented, 'Can't believe it. This is the same little girl who was on the sets of dil Chahta Hai. Happy birthday, Shakya' Hrithik Roshan also said 'Happy birthday, dear'.

Actress shabana azmi also wished her granddaughter a happy birthday. She shared a picture of her husband and lyricist Javed Akhtar, Farhan, and Shakya. In the picture, Javed is holding Shakya in his lap. Everyone is smiling at the camera. Sharing the post, Shabana wrote, 'Happy birthday darling Shakya.'
