Vijay discussed his quick rise to stardom and the incredible affection he has gotten from people all around the globe in an exclusive interview during the event. He said, "I know that Indians around the world know me now. Maybe five or six years ago, nobody knew who I was; nobody knew my name. Now, I'm recognized and loved by people who have seen my work or seen me. It's a feeling of immense satisfaction and, sometimes, an overwhelming one. But I'm blessed."
Vijay went on to discuss his close connection with his followers, referring to it as a "relationship" based on respect and love. He expressed, "I'm blessed because I get to do what I love more than anything. This is what I want to do, and to be able to do it is a blessing. To be able to receive this love is also a blessing. I think I've earned more love than I've done the work, but it's just a connection I have with my people—it's a relationship we have, and I will always be grateful for it."

Regarding his career, vijay deverakonda is preparing for 'Kingdom', his eagerly awaited action thriller. The movie, which is directed by gowtam Tinnanuri, is expected to feature the actor in a combative, action-packed role. The film is set to open in theatres on May 30, 2025.
