A CBFC officer has demanded the chairman of the committee seek intervention from the central government to stop the streaming of the film on OTT. The film 'Marco' is believed to be one of the most violent films in the malayalam industry.
Speaking to manorama News, CBFC regional officer Nadeem Tufail said that 'CBFC has already given an A certificate to Marco. parents should warn their children before watching the film. CBFC's role is limited to certification and does not include censorship. We have already banned its telecast on tv because this film is not for family audiences.'
