According to media reports, Muskan had lodged an FIR at Amboli police station on december 18 under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, and 34 of the indian Justice Code. According to this FIR, Muskan accused her and sister-in-law Hansika of interfering in their married life, which soured the relationship between her and her husband.
According to media reports, Muskan also accused her husband prashant, sister-in-law Hansika, and mother-in-law she often asking for expensive gifts and money from her.
