He shared his picture and said that he had lost 42 kg of his weight. ram kapoor also talked about the challenges data-faced during this fitness journey.
Everyone is surprised to see ram Kapoor's body transformation. Along with talking about his weight loss journey, the actor shared his views on the dieting industry. Recently, while speaking in a podcast, he shared his routine and schedule. How did it start? On this, ram kapoor said, 'I started about one and a half years ago and have managed to lose 55 kg so far. The first six months were going very well. Then I fell very badly and my shoulder got damaged. I had to undergo surgery, andafter that, I had to undergo physiotherapy for 8 months. Due to this, the process of weight loss also got hampered. The initial six months and then the next six months, this was the time that helped me change completely.
Ram Kapoor said, 'I have never taken any medicine to lose weight, nor have I undergone bariatric surgery. However, it is not wrong to do so, because people do this to improve themselves. ram kapoor further said that people have accused him of losing weight with the help of some surgery or supplement. The actor said, 'People said that I have undergone bariatric surgery, but then why would I hide it? What I did was, before this body transformation, I went on a massive weight loss journey for five years and lost 30 kilos. I gained it back. This helped me learn what not to do. I would stay up all night reading books by experts and watching podcasts. I realized there are two types of people in this world, one who cares about their fitness and health, and the other who doesn't.'
Exposing the dieting industry, ram kapoor also pointed out some mistakes that people make. He said, 'The entire dieting industry is worth more than $20 billion. It is designed to make you fail, otherwise, how would they exist? They will tell you that we will make you lose weight, but they don't tell you that you have to make changes in your personality after that so that the weight doesn't increase again. You will never see athletes focusing on weight loss, they only focus on fat percentage and BMI.
Ram Kapoor also revealed his schedule. He said that strength training and good sleep are the most important things. The actor said, 'I now eat twice a day. Once in the morning at 10:30 and then again in the evening at 6:30. In between, I don't eat anything for 8 hours or 16 hours after that.Then I do 45 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of strength training. I take special care of how much liquid I am taking and how much sleep I am getting.
