So I thought that now I would not do modeling. I did not know that this film would take 6 years to be made.


When there was no source of income

It is known that arjun rampal was first spotted by Rajiv Roy. He signed arjun for a music video and then for the film Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat. Arjun's debut film flopped at the box office. But still, he has other projects. Moksh was his second film. During the making of Moksh, he had no source of income and at that time he did not even have money to pay the rent.


He had told- I had no source of income during that period. I used to live in Andheri. My landlord was very nice. He used to come on the first date of the month and look at me and say- don't you have money? And I used to shake my head in no. So he used to say- no one, you will pay.


Arjun has seen a lot of struggle in his career. He has given 13 consecutive flop films Dil Hai Tumhara, dil Ka Rishta, Vaada, Ailaan, Yakeen, Ek Ajnabi, Humko Tumse Pyar Hai, Darna Zaroori Hai. His career was revived in 2006 with Shahrukh Khan's Don.


In 2008, he received the National Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in the film Rock On.
