Shalini Passi On Her Fees For Fabulous Lives Vs bollywood Wives: 'Every Cent Earned...'

Shalini Passi has recently taken the internet by storm after her stint on Netflix's reality series 'Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives'. In an interview, shalini discussed her financial compensation from Netflix.  

Shalini Passi has recently taken the internet by storm after her stint on Netflix's reality series 'Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives'.Shalini’s approach to life, her extravagant lifestyle, and her calm demeanor have caught everyone’s attention. In a recent interview, shalini discussed her involvement in the series, particularly her financial compensation from Netflix.

In a recent podcast, shalini shared that every cent earned went to charity. While recounting a charity event featured on the show, shalini revealed that she donated her Netflix paycheck to UNICEF India. “This was the first UNICEF ball and it was in support of UNICEF India. The entire fee that Netflix is giving me has gone to UNICEF for this particular project. Whatever I get fromsaymodelling or anything, I don’t take anything. It all goes to UNICEF directly," she said. 


On 'Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives', shalini shared the screen with Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, kalyani Saha Chawla, bhavana Pandey, Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor, and seema Sajdeh. Based in Delhi, shalini is well-acquainted with Bollywood’s social circle, even though this may be her first on-screen venture. 


Shalini is married to Sanjay Passi, whom she wed in 2000, and they have a son, Rahul, who was born when she was just 20.  


Shalini on being a mother at 20

In another interview, shalini Passi spoke about becoming a mother at just 20. She recalled the joy and excitement she felt engaging in activities with her son. “I used to go to the toy store and get as excited as my son. I would take him to Disneyland and go mad on the rides with him. And then I used to tell him, ‘Robin, let's do skating classes,' I used to take him ice skating. So both of us went ice skating, andthen I taught him skiing andscuba diving. We were like siblings. It is like we grew up together,” Shalini recounted. 


Shalini also today deepak Pareek, “For the longest time, he (Robin) addressed me by my name, and it's only recently that he calls me mom. He would call my mother and say, 'Your daughter has lost it.'He complained to her about me.”
