The much-anticipated sequel to Disney and Pixar's hit film, Inside Out 2, is now available for streaming on an OTT platform in India. This sequel continues Riley’s journey as she navigates the challenges of adolescence, introducing new emotions—Anxiety, Envy, Embarrassment, and Ennui—that complicate her life. While entertaining children, Inside Out 2 also encourages adults to reflect on their own unresolved childhood feelings. The film is still showing in select theaters worldwide but can be streamed just three months after its theatrical debut.

To celebrate its release, the team shared a new teaser featuring one-word reviews from critics, who praised the film as dazzling, heartfelt, thrilling, adventurous, and visually stunning. In their announcement, they wrote, “It’s TIMEEEE. Inside Out 2 is now streaming on #Disney Plus Hotstar in hindi and English.”
In a previous interview with the Academy, director Kelsey Mann discussed his inspiration for the sequel, recalling a birthday photo from when he was five. He noted the contrast in his expressions over the years, reflecting on how his joy diminished by the age of 13. Mann remarked, “I hated being sung to at that age. I hated everyone looking at me, and it’s because of the emotions you start to feel during that time.”
Inside Out 2 features a talented voice cast, including Amy Poehler (Joy), maya Hawke (Anxiety), Ayo Edebiri (Envy), Tony Hale (Fear), Lewis Black (Anger), Phyllis Smith (Sadness), Liza Lapira (Disgust), Paul Walter Hauser (Embarrassment), and Adele Exarchopoulos (Ennui).
