He felt that he had a right over me but it didn't matter. It meant that he cared for me.'

But sharmila ji and Rajesh Khanna's films flopped. rajesh khanna and mumtaz did many films together like Aap Ki Kasam, Do Raaste, prem Kahani, Sachcha-Jhootha, Apna Desh, Dushman, Roti and Bandhan. Fans loved the pairing of both of them.
