However, Akshay never thought that he would marry twinkle khanna, daughter of indian cinema's first superstar Rajesh Khanna. The 'Khel Khel Mein' actor once revealed this in an interview.

In fact, during an interview with Sansad TV, akshay kumar revealed that he never thought that he would tie the knot with Twinkle Khanna. Recalling his struggling days, Akshay shared that he used to go to the late superstar's office and ask him for work. The actor had said, "I never thought in my life that I would marry rajesh khanna ji's daughter. Never thought. I used to go to his office with a photo and say sir give me some work. khiladi Kumar said that the Aradhana actor used to ask him to come later as she was busy making films. Akshay further said that it would be a "sin" to even think about anything else that could make her feel good.
