Upcoming TIFF Premiere Is Set For OTT Release Next Year
Superboys of Malegaon is the latest film by Reema Kagti, who is well-known for directing and scripting movies such as Talaash, Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd., dil Dhadakne Do, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and many more. Reema Kagti and zoya akhtar are the creators of it. It is based on Nasir Shaikh's true tale. It tells the touching story of small-town independent filmmakers' dreams.
Varun Grover wrote the screenplay for the movie, which stars adarsh Gourav, vineet kumar Singh, shashank Arora, Anuj Singh Duhan, Saqib Ayub, Pallav Singgh, Manjiri Pupala, and Muskkaan Jaferi among other gifted performers. The movie explores the struggles of an aspiring young filmmaker from a poor family who dares to dream big but receives little support. Later on, he meets a budding artist who shares his goal; together, they have to persevere through great adversity.

On september 13, the movie will also have its world premiere exclusively at the Toronto international Film Festival. Later on, on october 10, it will also have its debut at the BFI london Film Festival. Supporters wish that the creators receive the proper recognition for bringing the narrative to life. For public viewing, it will be available for streaming on amazon Prime Video starting in january 2025. The novel may undoubtedly capture hearts with its realistic portrayals and vibrant atmosphere if it is handled delicately.
