Thangalaan is one of the most awaited movies. While fans are eagerly waiting for the vikram starrer, it has now been revealed that the makers are gearing up to host a spectacular event at the historic Kolar gold Fields in Karnataka. A close source to the production house recently revealed the same and shared, “Thangalaan makers are planning to host a grand event at the Kolar gold Fields (KGF) where the narrative of the film belongs. The event promises a celebration of creativity and culture like never before.”
Thangalaan, a tale deeply rooted in the annals of Kolar’s legendary gold mines, unfolds a story that resonates with history, courage, and the relentless pursuit of dreams. Therefore, the forthcoming event at Kolar gold Fields is not merely a celebration but a testament to the enduring spirit of creativity and the vibrancy of indian storytelling. In the film, vikram will be seen in the role of a deadly tribal leader, who will be battling a sorceress named Arathi. Thangalaan’s cast also includes names like malavika Mohanan, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Pasupathy and Daniel Caltagirone among others. Recently, the actress was snapped by the paparazzi in mumbai when she stunned everyone with her gorgeous looks in a red saree.
Thangalaan is being produced by K E Gnanavel Raja, Pa Ranjith and Jyoti Deshpande under the banners of Studio Green, Neelam Productions and jio Studios. For music, the makers roped in G v Prakash Kumar. The cinematographer is A Kishor Kumar while the editing is being done by Selva R K. It is made in a reported budget of Rs 100 to Rs 150 crore.
As per the reports, Thangalaan was supposed to be released in april but data-faced postponement due to the lok sabha elections. It is now scheduled for a worldwide release on august 15, 2024, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
