Actor kartik aaryan revealed an accident that happened during the shooting of 'Chandu Champion'. He was very scared by an explosion during the rehearsal on the set. Let's know what happened. Kartik Aaryan was seen in the recently released Kabir Khan-directed film 'Chandu Champion'.The actor played the role of India's first Paralympic gold medalist Muralikant Petkar brilliantly. To play this character, Kartik lost 18 kg which brought tremendous changes in his body. Recently, kartik aaryan mentioned an incident on the set of 'Chandu Champion', in which his eyes could have been injured. Let's know what the actor said.


The blast happened near the eyes

In an interview, kartik aaryan recalled an incident during the shooting when he was rehearsing a war scene. Kartik shared that he experienced an explosion on the set which scared him. The explosion that was supposed to happen when Kartik stepped forward during the scene happened just when he reached there. The actor said that the explosion happened right near his right eye. He said, 'It was a bit off in the rehearsal when I reached there, it blasted at that time. It blasted near my right eye.'


Could not open his eyes for some time


Kartik aryan further said that the incident was quite scary for him. He shared that he could not open his eyes for some time. Kartik said that his right eye was completely covered in mud and was filled with explosive particles. The actor said that luckily the explosive particles were not so strong that they could hurt the eyes. Although nothing serious happened, the actor said that he was really scared during the incident.


Rehearsal resumed after a while


Karthik further said that he waited for a while and then started rehearsal again. Before resuming rehearsal, he washed his eyes and took help from the medical team. Let us tell you that 'Chandu Champion' hit the theatres on june 14. The film was also appreciated by the audience.
