After which Sessions court Judge NP Mehta has directed Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) to investigate the allegations made in the complaint of bullion trader prithviraj Saremal Kothari.Police should register FIRThe court has also said in its order that if the allegation is proved correct after investigation, then the police should register an FIR in this case under all the necessary sections of the IPC.This is the caseThe lawyer appearing on behalf of Kothari in the court told that shilpa shetty and raj Kundra are the founders of Satyug gold Private Limited. They started a scheme in 2014. In which those who want to invest will have to pay the full amount of gold at a discounted rate while applying for it and they will be provided a fixed amount of gold on the maturity date. Kothari had invested Rs 90 lakh in this scheme. He was promised 5000 grams of 24 carat gold on completion of five years in the year 2019 but has not received the gold yet. After which in 2020 shilpa Shetty-Raj Kundra gave a postdated cheque of 90 lakhs. Which was the principal amount. Kothari has accused shilpa and raj of not fulfilling their promise.
