Rizwan Merchant said that the police has not registered any FIR or any case under any sections in this matter and if there was any substance in this matter, the police would have registered a case. Rizwan said that when the money given by Saurav Gupta to Sunny was forfeited as per law andthe contract and the contract was terminated, only then did Saurav think of highlighting this matter in the media, and till then he was silent.

Rizwan Merchant said that the allegations leveled by Saurav Gupta were a well-planned conspiracy to defame his client. In response to a question, lawyer Rizwan Merchant said that sunny deol will cooperate with the police with all the evidence he has and will respond to every allegation of Saurav Gupta in a legal manner.

Rizwan Merchant, in response to ABP News' question, said that the allegation made by Sourav of changing a page of the contract and adding his conditions is completely false and all the conditions of the contract were prepared in his presence and his knowledge and he was well aware of every step taken by Sunny.
