According to a report by Pinkvilla, actor Neil Bhoopalam has also been roped in to portray the character of a Mughal prince in the film. Chaava marks the second collaboration between vicky kaushal and director Laxman Utekar after Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on december 6, 2024.
