In a Mashable india interview, rashmika talked about receiving her first movie, "Kirik Party." She revealed, "I was receiving calls from the production company, informing me that they were considering offering a role in a movie. I added the number to the block list since I believed it to be a joke. I added, "Kept the phone; I don't want to do any films." rashmika goes on, "The production house crew started calling my family and friends because they were so eager to see me. However, once that failed, they even made the effort to see my lecturers. In addition, they got to know my teacher. I agreed after hearing my teacher's explanation of it.

Following this, rashmika and her teacher went to meet persons connected to the movie, and she claimed not to know anything about acting. "But I had to recite certain phrases right in front of their cameras, so I performed them which were taped and I was chosen." When this occurred in 2016, rashmika was just 20 years old. rashmika did not need to turn around after this. Working on several successful movies, including Yajman, Bheeshma, and Sitharam, rashmika went on a blockbuster path that ended with "Animal."

A major hit in 2021, "Pushpa The Rise," featured Pushpa's glamorous performance of "Srivalli," which resonated with the hindi audience. Additionally, development on the second portion has begun. In the movie, allu arjun was well-liked. But they also liked his Srivalli. There was no mistaking the glimpse of a modest peasant girl in the way she dressed clothes and sat. She doesn't wear makeup or apply cream. All she had done for makeup was tie her hair and place a bindi on her forehead. When rashmika danced with an odd step in the song "Sammi" as Shrivalli, it didn't appear like the same rashmika as she had done in previous dazzling parts.
