Elvish Yadav is now being held by Gurugram police...

The Gurugram police have now arrested YouTuber Elvish Yadav for employing forbidden snakes in his films. Yadav was previously granted bail by a noida court in the snake poison case. On Saturday, Elvish Yadav and singer Rahul Yadav, also known as Fazalpuria, were arrested by the Gurugram Police. The police move was taken days after a Gurugram court ordered the police to register a formal complaint (FIR) against the social media influencer. The court was contacted by animal rights activist Saurabh Gupta regarding a video that Elvish Yadav had taken in a Gurugram mall.

Saurabh Gupta collaborates with people for Animals, a group led by bjp mp Maneka Gandhi. He moved the court, claiming that in a widely shared film, Elvish and fifty other persons could be seen utilizing a variety of snakes that were banned by the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. Gupta claimed that despite meeting the Gurugram Commissioner in person and filing a complaint with the police last year, nothing was done. Three investigations are currently pending against Elvish Yadav in Delhi-NCR: two concern rare snakes, and one stems from his widely shared video in which he beats up YouTuber Maxtern. In the other snake case, Elvish Yadav was charged with providing snake venom to a noida rave gathering. After being arrested, Elvish reportedly admitted to arranging snake venom for rave events. Maneka Gandhi's PFA, which actually planned the rave party as a ruse to catch those who supplied snake venom to such events, also filed a lawsuit in that regard.

In addition to the three times that Elvish has been booked, there have been multiple allegations against him alleging that he was threatening individuals.

The footage in question was recorded in Sector 71 of Gurugram's Earth Iconic Mall last year. Following his release on bail from a noida court, Elvish recorded a video in which he discussed the difficult time in his life. "Without a question, the week that passed was a very difficult time in my life. What to discuss while I was incarcerated. Let's begin the next chapter with optimism. Thank you to everyone who supported me even though they didn't speak well or negatively about me. I only have gratitude for everyone. "I've returned to my work," he stated in the video.
