Sreenu Vaitla Announces Venky-2
In the past, Sreenu Vaitla was the most sought-after telugu filmmaker, especially following the monumental triumph of Mahesh Babu's dookudu (2011). However, destiny had other ideas. In a recent interview with the media, the filmmaker revealed details about a potential sequel to venky (2004), which had just been rereleased. Vailta was positive that the script was already underway and that Venky-2 will be developed with the same combo. Originally intended to be a comedy show, venky became a box office hit and developed a cult following over time, especially after its funny train scene that gave rise to several memes.
