Geethanjali Came Back – Will Kona’s Glory Too?

S Venkateshwari
In the past, the writer kona venkat was linked to several Sreenu Vaitla big successes, like Dookudu, and his name alone would often spark "blockbuster" projects. Both that writer and that director didn't perform particularly well at the movie office after their breakup, but some of Kona's productions ended up being worthwhile endeavours. "Geethanjali Malli Vachindi" is about to arrive.

Conceived as the continuation of the previous horror comedy "Geethanjali," kona venkat has written the script and produced the humorous caper "Geethanjali Malli Vachindi," the teaser for which was just published. The teaser packs a lot of humour, but it remains to be seen if this ohmkar comedy in the vein of "Raju Gari Gadhi" would still be successful in theatres. These days, a lot of these films end up being damp squibs, although real horror flicks like Masoodha and Virupaksha performed rather well. In light of this, would Kona's newfound writing help him and restore his former glory?

However, this time around Kona has merely contributed the narrative; bhanu and Nandu, the authors of the critically acclaimed Samajavaragamana, wrote the dialogue. Geethanjali Malli Vachindi, which stars srinivas Reddy and anjali in the key roles, will open in theatres on march 22.
