Sridevi: Forgery on Sridevi's death, cbi files charge sheet against private detective


CBI has filed a charge sheet against a private detective on Sridevi's death. The detective is alleged to have submitted forged letters of high dignitaries including prime minister Narendra Modi and Defense minister Rajnath Singh in the case.


On february 24, 2018, veteran actress sridevi said goodbye to the world. On this, the cbi has now filed a charge sheet against a private detective. Officials claim that the private detective had submitted forged letters from high dignitaries, including prime minister Narendra Modi and Defense minister Rajnath Singh, to support his claims made in a YouTube video regarding the actress' death.


Action on chandni Shah's complaint

Last year, the cbi registered a case against Bhubaneswar-based Deepti R. Pinniti and her lawyer Bharat suresh Kamath after a complaint by Mumbai-based lawyer chandni Shah was referred to the agency by the Prime Minister's Office. Shah alleged that Pinniti has produced several documents, including letters from the prime minister and the Defense minister, documents related to the supreme Court, and uae government records, which appear to be forged.


Pinniti made hollow sensational claims

Pinniti has been an active participant in social media discussions on the deaths of bollywood actors like sridevi and sushant singh Rajput. Regarding Sridevi's death, he made sensational claims in an interview about a cover-up between the two governments based on his investigation. Responding to a question from PTI, Pinniti expressed disbelief, saying, 'It is hard to believe that the cbi has filed a charge sheet against me without recording my statement. Moreover, when charges are framed the evidence will be given to the court.



CBI officials filed a charge sheet

He said, 'When the letters in question make allegations against the same officers under whom the cbi comes, then the cbi, instead of being an evidence gathering unit, becomes a party to the conflict.' According to the cbi report submitted to a special court, the investigation revealed that the documents produced by him related to the prime minister and the Defense minister during the YouTube discussion were forged. The agency has filed a charge sheet against him and Kamath under relevant sections of the indian Penal Code, including 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 465, 469, and 471.
