Amid all this, South star kamal haasan in an interaction with media in chennai expressed his opinion about the ceremony.The actor-politician was asked about his opinion of the ram mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony. To this, he said, “My answer is the same as it was 30 years ago.” He was referring to the statement he had made back in 1991 when the babri masjid was demolished. kamal haasan was one of the few celebrities who reacted against the demolition and said that no one had the right to destroy Babri Masjid. He also said, “It was my building just like Tanjore temple and velankanni church are mine.”
