Suppression On Salaar Release; Producers Take Bold Decision

S Venkateshwari
For a long time, bollywood critics and the media have oppressed South films, refusing to accept their popularity. prabhas was not spared from the repression. Salaar, his next film, is also suffering censorship in terms of theatrical distribution. The bollywood distributors are biased in favor of Dunki over Prabhas's film.
As a result, the latter's producers have opted not to distribute their pictures to PVR-Inox and Miraj theatres in specific states. Miraj Group CEO amit sharma voiced his bewilderment over the manufacturers of Salaar being offended, noting that allocating the number of shows should be left up to the exhibitor.
Due to alleged unjust treatment, Chaluve Gowda of Hombale Films, the production company behind Salaar, announced that the film will not be distributed in PVR-Inox and Miraj shops in select areas.
Gowda emphadata-sized the value of fairness in the sector, saying, "We want the game to be fair." He stated that if exhibitors change their plans, the Salaar producers will distribute the film in their theatres.
The Dunki team's point of view is predicated on being the first to announce, claiming priority, and Shah Rukh Khan is releasing two films for Rs 500 crore.
"We have come across some absurd internet posts regarding unfair showcasing practices at PVRINOX," stated Kamal Gianchandani, President of the Multiplex Association of india and Chief business Planning and Strategy of PVR Ltd. No one has more admiration and appreciation for all of the producers whose films are being released in our cinemas than all of us at PVRINOX. Commercial conflicts are to be expected when major films are released on the same day. It's not the first time. This will not be the last time. Everything will eventually fall into place. Please put these absurd beliefs to rest."
