Kochadaiyan fraud case: Lata Rajinikanth appeared in court..!?
Police investigated the case and filed a case against Lata Rajinikanth under sections 196,199, 420 and 463 and filed a charge sheet. Lata Rajinikanth filed a petition in the karnataka High court seeking to cancel the allegations made against him. The court, hearing the petition, canceled the three sections of the cases filed against Lata Rajinikanth, as the relevant documents were not submitted under sections 196, 199 and 420. The court then said that he could only investigate the case under section 463. Lata Rajinikanth appealed to the supreme court demanding the dismissal of the case.
The court heard the appeal and allowed the Bangalore court to hear the fraud case against Lata Rajinikanth. Meanwhile, Lata Rajinikanth should appear before the Magistrate's court of Additional Metropolitan, Bangalore on january 6 at the hearing of the last few weeks. It was ordered to be issued by the House. In the meantime, actor Rajinikanth's wife appeared in a Bangalore court today. The court, which heard the case, has granted conditional bail to Lata Rajinikanth.
