Ranbir Kapoor reveals list of his favorite Tamil films
Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for the release of his forthcoming film "Animal," in which he plays the major role and which is directed by sandeep Reddy Vanga. Recently, the actor was sighted in chennai with co-stars bobby deol and rashmika mandanna to promote the film. Ranbir was questioned about his favourite recent tamil films at an interview. In response to the query, ranbir kapoor stated that he lately discovered tamil films like as Kamal Haasan's Vikram, Rajinikanth's Jailer, and Thalapathy Vijay's Leo.
Ranbir Kapoor's three tamil films were all box office smashes in 2022 and 2023. Vikram, directed by lokesh kanagaraj and starring kamal haasan in his first major role in years, led the pack. The ensemble cast of the action thriller includes Fahadh Faasil, Chemban Vinod, and Gayathrie Shankar. vikram carried a sentimental punch that connected with tamil cinema viewers as a spiritual successor to Haasan's 1986 film of the same name.
Later in 2023, Rajinikanth appeared in the blockbuster film Jailer, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The blockbuster picture drew a large crowd in theatres and was well received by many. Rajinikanth played the lead role, with Vinayakan, ramya krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, yogi Babu, and others playing supporting parts. Mohanlal, shiva Rajkumar, and jackie shroff all made appearances in the film.
