Suriya is currently shooting for his film 'Kanguva'
As per report Suriya is currently shooting for his film 'Kanguva' which is directed by Siva. The film will be released in 3D in 10 languages and the first look poster was released a couple of months back. 'Kanguva' stars Suriya, Disha Patani, bobby deol and DOP nataraj in lead roles and the music for the film is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Following this, the actor has his next film 'Suriya 43' which will be directed by sudha Kongara. The film's music will be composed by gv prakash and it is said that Amir Khan has been approached by the movie makers to play the antagonist in the movie. The actor also has his film 'Vaadivaasal' with director Vetrimaaran which will go on floors at the beginning of 2024.
A couple of weeks back it was reported that Suriya will be collaborating with director Raykesh Omprakash who has helmed films like 'Rang De Basanti' and 'Bhaag Milka Bhaag'. The actor has now met the director in mumbai reportedly and the photo of their meeting has now become viral on social media. The bollywood director is said to star Suriya in the film 'Karna' and the movie's story is about an important character in the indian mythological history of Mahabarata.
Suriya is said to play the titular role as Karna in the movie. According to media reports, the film is said to be a big budget project and it is said to go on floors in 2024. 'Karna' will be made in two parts and the movie is yet to be officially announced.
