Howz New Version Of Iconic Sirimalle Puvva?
When we hear the song "Sirimalle Puvva," two images immediately come to mind: the iconic singer S Janaki's mellifluous voice and the outstanding screen presence of the gorgeous actress Sridevi. As long as this version of the Earth exists, the music and film industries will remember this. Can it be duplicated, and will music lovers be impressed?
Without any hungama or fuss, a little film called Vote has just released a new rendition of the Sirimalle Puvva song, with singer Sunitha providing the vocals and the music newly produced (but as it is). According to the lyrical video, it appears that the filmmakers also attempted to portray tanvi Negi as a similar to Sridevi, but their attempt came off as a shoddy copy of the original. While Sunitha performed admirably, her work could not compare to S Janaki's magic, for which she also received a National Award.
First of all, the creators shouldn't have dared to remake Sirimalle Puvva in a different way, let alone by copying Sridevi's appearance and style. A total reimagining of the song with a new vocal isn't particularly believable, but a rehash of the old classic with new accompaniment may have added a little loudness. watch it right now, then let us know what you think of the song.
