Stop Fighting in movies..!? Actor's advice to Superstar..!?
A co-star of Rajinikanth has reportedly told him to stop fighting in Rajinikanth's films. Even after 40 years, Rajinikanth is the only superstar not only on the tamil screen but also in the indian film industry. Even today Rajini fans are celebrating his film. The recently released film Jailer is a great example of that. Rajinikanth has played mass-action characters throughout his film career. Nelson was a mass action hero even in Dileepkumar's Jailer. Rajini's mass is also the reason why fans are celebrating the film. However, it has been reported that one of Rajinikanth's co-stars has asked him to stop fighting in Rajinikanth's films.
Speaking further, Ramesh also elaborated on the strong bond he shares with his brother raghuvaran Rajinikanth. Ramesh says, "Once, while having lunch, Rajini sir wanted to sit and talk with Raghuvaran. Both of them would have a leisurely chat and eat. Rajini sir was at the peak of his screen career at that time. Then, he would ask raghuvaran what to do next." Ramesh's comments make it clear that raghuvaran and Rajinikanth not only make a winning combo on screen but also share a great bond off camera.
Actor Raghuvaran, one of tamil cinema's greatest villains and character actors, passed away in 2008 at the age of 49. Rajini and raghuvaran acted together in many films including Siva, raja Chinna Roja, Badsha, and Shivaji. Especially, raghuvaran has threatened with his amazing performance in the villain character of Mark Antony in Baadsha.
Rajinikanth had once said that raghuvaran is one of the two opponents who have challenged him till date. Rajinikanth said, "In my career, only two actors have challenged me to be the villain in my films. One is Raghuvaran's character in Paadsha, played by Mark Antony, and ramya Krishnan's character as Neelambari in Padayyappa."
