away. He had many age related diseases. In such a situation, he breathed his last at his residence on Thursday.

His son abhinay Dev has confirmed this. seema was 81 years old and was suffering from several ailments.

Seema has worked in more than 80 hindi and Marathi films. She was suffering from Alzheimer's disease for

the last 3 years. seema Dev's son abhinay Dev has shared a post on social media requesting fans to pray for

his mother. Let me tell you that seema was living with her son in Bandra, mumbai for some time. In 2020, his

son disclosed the disease. He wrote on social media, 'My mother Mrs. seema Dev, veteran artist of Marathi

film industry is suffering from Alzheimer's. We are praying for the entire Dev family, their well-being. We

wish that the whole of Maharashtra, which loved him so much, should also pray for his well-being.

Funeral will be held in shivaji Park

Seema's son abhinay Dev told PTI, "Due to age-related problems, she passed away at her Bandra residence

between 8.30 am and 9 am today." She was suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's disease for more than

three years. Please tell that Seema's last rites will be performed at shivaji Park at 5 pm.

Worked in these films in a career of 50 years

Seema Dev had worked in many Marathi films in her career spanning 50 years. Her husband Ramesh Dev has

also been a famous actor of Marathi and hindi cinema. At the same time, his son abhinay is also an actor and

director.
