‘Bhola Shankar’ controversy: Legal issues cleared???
A distributor from Visakhapatnam files a lawsuit and requests a delay of the release of the Chiranjeevi-starrer after alleging that producer Anil sunkara defrauded him of 30 crore. Jailer, starring Superstar Rajinikanth, is most likely to dominate this weekend's telugu box office. The Rajinikanth-starring film is probably going to beat megastar Chiranjeevi's Bhola shankar by capitalising on the censor debate. It has been heard that the Censor Board gave Jailer a favourable review. But it appears like Bhola shankar has what it takes to placate the megastar devotees. The producers of Bhola shankar allegedly defrauded a distributor named Satish from Visakhapatnam out of 30 crores. He claimed that Agent (2023) director and producer Anil Sunkura tricked him by giving the movie's distribution rights to a certain area. The same thing occurred with Samajavaragamana (2023), directed by ram Abbaraju and starring sree Vishnu and Reba monica John. The distributor said in a video statement that Anil sunkara has now sold the rights to Bhola shankar to other parties, incurring a significant financial loss for him.Additionally, Satish filed a lawsuit requesting a delay in Bhola Shankar's discharge. Anil sunkara, in the meantime, denied the accusations, claiming that the distributor Satish had wrongly accused him using phoney paperwork. The film's legal concerns have all been resolved, and it is now ready to be released, giving Bhola Shankar's producers the much-needed relief they were in need of. A plea by distributor vizag Satish alias Battula Suryanarayana asking for a delay in the release of Bhola Shankar's movie was denied by the court. With the court's ruling, producer Anil sunkara has received a tremendous sense of comfort.
