Paras laughs at this and says, "Okay, not abs but abs's frame is back." In an interview, the actor expressed his opinion against the concept of having six or eight-pack abs.


Paras told steroids as risky

In an interview with ETimes, Paras said, "It is not healthy either you go on steroids like I went on at one point in my life. But the worst thing is that it wears off in no time, I thought this risk is not right for me. Once upon a time, I used to wear only loose clothes but now I am back to wearing tight T-shirts, I am eating and drinking whatever I like, it's just that my trainer is making me work out according to my diet and lifestyle. I am focusing on myself now,"

Paras was facing anxiety issue

Let us tell you that the last few years have been very challenging for the actor as he is battling with the anxiety issue. Talking about his mental health, Paras had earlier said in an interview with E Times, “After a long time, I am feeling mentally fit. Now to deal with anxiety, I have consulted a good doctor. When I consulted a doctor, he explained to me that whatever I was facing was normal and it was mainly due to my profession, we actors don't have a fixed routine and often, juggle between two projects. There may be a gap in between. In my case, the gap was a bit longer.
