Salaar & Kalki2898 AD: A Departure from Traditional Song-and-Dance Formula

G GOWTHAM
The rumours about Prabhas' eagerly anticipated films Salaar and Kalki2898 AD are rife in Hollywood. Both films are anticipated to depart from the conventional song-and-dance format and choose a different method of delivering their stories, as the rumour mill says. prabhas has always been a crowd-pleaser; his films frequently feature heart-stirring music and foot-tapping dance sequences. According to rumours circulating in the film business, his next two projects will deviate from this accepted method.

The team appears to be adopting a novel approach to the use of songs, beginning with Salaar, the movie helmed by renowned director Prashanth Neel, who sprang to prominence with the hugely successful KGF. Insiders claim that Salaar will only have one song, which will also be picturized in a coal mine, reflecting the movie's tone and premise. The soundtrack for Salaar will be composed by the great music director ravi Basrur, who is well-known for his outstanding work in the kannada cinema industry. He is known for writing intriguing background music, therefore the film's one song will likely be put in key moments to further the story.

Moving on, prabhas adopts a similar strategy in Nag Ashwin's future historical drama Kalki2898 AD. According to reports, the production team intends to include one or two songs. The talented composer Santosh Narayanan has been enlisted to contribute his musical genius to the movie. It's considerate to keep the amount of songs in both films to a minimum in order to prevent needless detours from the main storyline. The films are anticipated to keep a strong focus on storytelling by seamlessly incorporating music into the tale, resulting in a more immersive experience for the viewer. The same is pending formal confirmation, though.
