I am having pain while breathing or using my hands or arms or lying down or sitting or laughing and probably doing everything. No, I am not always positive about it, but I am rarely negative. So I went to the gym holding my chest in my hands. We all fall, but do we get up again? Well, I happened. To whoever needs to hear this...I know you are in pain...but you are not alone. And this too shall pass. #healthiswealth'.
