FLOPS and FLOPS - Bollywood Still Not Learning
The third installments of two popular franchise movies have recently been revealed. Both are known as Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, while Hera Pheri 3 is the first. The 2000 film Hera Pheri 1 performed mediocrely at the box office. Yet, despite being a remake, the movie has gained a cult following as one of the finest comedies in Bollywood. Phir Hera Pheri, the film's sequel, was released in 2006 and became a big hit. The movie couldn't compare to the first one, but as time went on, meme culture helped it gain popularity.
17 years after the release of the second installment of this franchise, a third installment starring the same cast of Akshay Kumar, Suneil Shetty, and paresh rawal has been revealed. According to several leaked photos from the film's promotional campaign, all three of the actors appear to be getting older and would make strange and ineffective slapstick comedians.
In addition, Farhad Samji, who is renowned for his idiotic direction and cringe-worthy comedy, would apparently be directing the movie. His very existence is enough to cast a negative aura over this movie. We are not sure when is bollywood going to learn their lesson!
