Anurag Kashyap has made a shocking disclosure about himself. The filmmaker says that he attends every award function after drinking alcohol. Bollywood's famous filmmaker anurag kashyap remains in the headlines for his personal life along with his professional life. Anurag is also known for his outspoken style. Filmmakers are often seen speaking openly. Now recently something similar has been seen once again. Actually, in an interview given to a media house, anurag kashyap made a shocking disclosure about himself. 

During an interview given to Lallantop, anurag kashyap revealed that he attends every award function after drinking alcohol. Regarding the matter, the filmmaker said, 'I am not able to deal much with the award function, so whenever I have gone to any such function, I have gone after consuming a large amount of whiskey. I went to the award function for kalki koechlin during Dev D's time. After this also on Queen's time, because I was the producer of this film.


On the question of people judging him for this, the filmmaker said, 'I have gone. Alcohol is served in award ceremonies too... What's so special about it? I never faint. My relationship with my alcohol is very well fixed. However, later the filmmaker also said that 'it is not so now'. Anurag says, 'I have been very ill in the past, so now I have distanced myself from alcohol.' Talking about his health, he said, 'Things have happened one after the other. First, there was a heart attack, then when I went diving, both my ears burst. Due to all this, now I have kept my distance from alcohol.


Let us tell you that even before this the filmmaker has disclosed their addiction to alcohol. In an interview given during the promotion of his film 'Almost Pyaar with dj Mohabbat', anurag kashyap said, 'After the stupendous success of Dev D, there was a time when one after the other. Five of my films had flopped. At that time I was very upset. I was dropped from two big films Tere Naam and Kaante. Due to this, I got addicted to drinking alcohol.


The filmmaker had disclosed, 'I used to lock myself in the room and started overthinking. Because of this, I also come into depression. However, after getting himself out of that difficult phase, Anurag has once again become one of the successful filmmakers of Bollywood
