TV actress krishna Gokani is going to get married soon. For tv actress krishna Gokani, it is a case of 'chat mangni-pat vyah'. The 'Hamari Devrani' actress got engaged on 15 january 2023 to tv actor Khanjan Thumbar, who was seen in the comedy series 'Bhakharwadi'. The couple will tie the knot on 26 january 2023.
Krishna said, “Khanjan and I have been friends for almost eight years. It has been many years but never thought of dating each other. I think not getting into the dating phase is what makes our relationship unique. We just happened to be working together for a play that he produced, directed, and acted in and I was an executive producer.
He developed feelings for me. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive about it because I've seen two people fall in love just because they meet for work every day. I hoped that Khanjan's feelings for me were not a result of that. I am glad that was not the case with us. He surprised me by proposing on 1st january 2023 and I said 'yes'. At times, I feel things are moving too fast but what is right takes its course.”
It was Krishna's simplicity that drew Khanjan towards him. To this, the actor says, “We hit it off immediately as friends. I always liked his data-face. The friendship phase lasted for a long time, as the desire to know each other as partners never crossed our minds. When my parents pressured me to get married, all I could think of was Krishna. He is homely but also ambitious about his career.
On the work front, krishna was last seen in the show 'Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle'. She is looking forward to making a comeback on screen after a long break. However, I am not planning to return to tv at this point. I am more looking forward to OTT."
