In the complaint, bhagyaraj, who had just come out of jail, was involved in such activities with the intention of taking revenge on her and that person should be severely punished. After this, the police arrested bhagyaraj again. Investigation revealed that he was a college student and was only 22 years old. He is being interrogated continuously.
