James Gunn Clears Up DCU Wonder Woman & Slate Confusion

James Gunn, co-CEO of DC Studios, clarifies the most recent DC Universe speculations involving Wonder Woman and the series' forthcoming schedule. There have been conflicting rumours concerning the DCU's direction since the founding of DC Studios, which was run by Gunn and Peter Safran. Several projects, including Wonder Woman 3 and a Man of Steel 2 episode starring Henry Cavill, have been shelved.

However, there have been a number of reports about other DCU films and tv projects that turned out to be fake. Gunn has used twitter to dispel a number of rumours, whether they originated from false websites or actual deals. According to a recent leak, Wonder Woman is not in the early DCU plans, and Ezra Miller will remain The Flash after their solo feature. The DCU slate's length was another point of contention. It didn't take long for fans to query Gunn over the veracity of the most recent story.

Gunn outright denied the Wonder Woman rumour, saying "it's not real." Regarding Miller's Flash career, Gunn asserted that he was unaware of the rumours swirling around the actor following the release of their respective films in June. But according to the head of DC Studios, their schedule will last 8 to 10 years, with some of the projects being revealed this month.
