A mall in ahmedabad was vandalised by the Hindu group Bajraj Dal on wednesday due to the marketing of the 'Pathaan' movie, which stars Shah Rukh Khan and deepika Padukone. They tore down advertising for the upcoming film, which will be released on january 25. At Ahmedabad's Alphavan Mall, a Hindu group made a scene before the movie's release. They urged them not to release the movie in theatres in addition to ripping down the movie's posters.
Since the release of its song "Besharam Rang," the Shah Rukh Khan, deepika Padukone, and john Abraham-starring movie "Pathaan" has been at the centre of numerous disputes. Many people, primarily right-wing politicians, religious extremists on both sides of the aisle, and self-styled moral police, don't like the song "Besharam Rang," in which Padukone is wearing a saffron-colored bikini.
Since the song's release, activists have organised demonstrations against the upcoming bollywood film "Pathaan" and its song "Besharam Rang." They set fire to a Shah Rukh Khan effigy and demanded that it be banned for "hurting Hindu sensibilities." Most of them condemned this violent and stupid act by Hindu groups and in fact, this is bringing a bad name for all the Hindus for such dumb acts.
