Actress sells luxury apartment for ₹32 crore
According to paperwork received by IndexTap.com, bollywood actress sonam kapoor has sold her opulent condominium at Signature Island in mumbai for about 32 crore. The apartment near the Bandra Kurla Complex has four parking spaces. SMF Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is the purchaser. The paperwork, which were registered on december 29, 2022, stated that a stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore was paid for the transaction.
According to local brokers, the actress may have paid between Rs 17 and Rs 18 crore for the property in 2015, and the sum she asked for it when she sold it is reasonable and equals about Rs 60,000 per square foot. The actress made headlines in february 2022 when thieves stole cash and jewellery worth over Rs 2.4 crore from her husband's New delhi home.
