Vir Das: Hindu organization's warning to vir das, said - If you do not apologize for the anti-India remark...

Stand-up comedian vir das has been in controversies for a long time. Last year, he spoke anti-India in a show in America, after which he is being opposed across the country. Till now many of his shows have been canceled and recently his show in Bangalore was also canceled. Hindu organizations are standing against vir das and now the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has warned vir das that he will continue to protest unless he apologizes for his 'anti-India' remarks.

Ramesh Shinde, national spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti said that wherever Vir Das's program will be held, his organization will continue to oppose those programs. Das said in his monologue, 'I come from two India'. It was presented in the united states of America. He had sparked a controversy a year ago when he was criticized for defaming the country.

Shinde further said, 'Vir Das should apologize for his statement against india in America. If we do not oppose his statement, it will mean that we support his point. If he apologizes, the matter is over. He said that HJS did not cancel Das's show in Bengaluru. The organization had lodged a formal police complaint against the comedian at a police station there. The police told us that the show cannot be canceled. That's why we said that we will protest peacefully by carrying placards outside the venue.

Significantly, on Friday, november 11, 2022, at 5.30 pm, a show of vir das was to be organized in Bangalore. But at the last minute, the organizers of the show themselves confirmed the cancellation of the show in a statement. In this connection, the organizers issued a letter informing about the cancellation of the show. Along with this, comedian Virdas also gave information about this by sharing a post on social media.
