Sapna Choudhary: Badly trapped Sapna Choudhary? lucknow court frames charges against Haryanvi dancer in a cheating case


Sapna Choudhary is badly trapped. A lucknow court has framed charges against famous dancer sapna choudhary and four other accused in a cheating case. According to the information received, the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Shantanu Tyagi has framed charges under sections 406 and 420 of the indian Penal Code.


Choudhary and the other accused were present in the court at the time of the hearing. The court has fixed december 12 as the next date of the hearing. Let us inform you that apart from Sapna Chaudhary, other co-accused Junaid Ahmed, Awad Ali, amit Pandey, and Ratnakar Upadhyay are also present against charges that have also been framed.

On october 13, 2018, Sub-Inspector Firoz Khan of Qila police Outpost of Ashiana police station lodged a report against sapna choudhary, Ratnakar Upadhyay, amit Pandey, Ibad Ali, naveen Sharma, and Junaid ahmed of Pahal Institute. It was told that on october 13, There was a program of other artists including sapna choudhary in Smriti Upvan from 3 pm to 10 pm. For this, the accused had sold a ticket for Rs 300 hundred per person. Angry people created a ruckus over the cancellation of the program after the dancers did not come till 10 pm.

After the investigation of the case, the charge sheet was filed against Junaid, Ibad, amit, and Ratnakar on 20 january 2019, while the charge sheet was filed against Sapna on 1 march 2019. The court took cognizance of this on 26 July 2019.
