Thalapathy Vijay has shown his excellent performance in all kinds of movies like love, family, comedy, action, and politics. Following the success of 'Master' and 'Beast', he is currently acting in 'Varisu' directed by Vamshi. After Varisu, Vijay is in his 67th film. Joining director Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film is rumored to be a gangster film.
Vijay, who spoke very boldly and openly about politics through his films 'Sarkar' and 'Mersal', has also acted in comedy films like 'Friends' and 'Badri'. He created a huge fan base for himself and later found success in action films like 'Madhura', 'Tirupaachi' and 'Sivakasi'.
However, Vijay himself has told director Faasil that content-oriented films have not turned out well so far for him. Vijay is very surprised to see the movie 'Soorarai Pottru' which was released in the year 2020. He has expressed his desire for content-oriented films like 'Soorarai Pottru'.
Vijay has already played the role of a lawyer in the 2002 film Tamilan, a social welfare story. In the near future, we can expect films with content-oriented stories like 'Soorarai Pottru' and 'Jai Bhim' from Vijay.
