When a movie is released, the producers use a variety of tactics to get as much attention as possible. In one such instance, the theatrical trailer of an upcoming high-budget action entertainer with a star hero has gained attention in the film community. The in-focus trailer, which was just formally released, was successful in captivating viewers with its abundance of elements and intense action. The trailer received over 1 crore YouTube views in just 24 hours, a record for the hero's career. Such was the level of outrage.

And now for the interesting part of the tale. The trailer went completely silent on YouTube after making a lot of noise on release day. The trailer still shows the same number of views it did on day one on day three. Naturally, this sparked rumours that the makers had "purchased" those views to set a record and that the day one views were not organically included in the total.

Success of the aforementioned movie is essential to its protagonist, producer, and director. They appear to be doing everything possible to promote the film. It remains to be seen if the producers' plans would succeed when the movie opens in theatres because the trailer hinted at an overtly commercial potboiler.
